If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know by whatsapp, text, email or phone at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. If you do not notify me or if you do so too late, I reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the planned treatment. Please understand the time you reserved could've been for others who could be on my waiting list. If you are sick or have an emergency on the day of your appointment, please reschedule booking with me.

I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you come late, I can only do so much for you in the amount of time left as I would need to finish on time. I prefer this not to happen due to the quality of my work. If your treatment cannot take place because of a delay or no show, I reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the planned treatment.

I always do my very best to ensure that you are satisfied with my work and treatments. I therefore ask that you let me know any requests or dissatisfaction during the treatment. As soon as you leave my premises, you declare that you are satisfied with my treatment(s) and that any changes to the treatment carried out or any additional treatments needed, this will then be a new chargeable booking.
